This particular evening of dances will be just a little bit different. Part of the evening will be a "dress rehearsal" for the 60-minute program I'll be presenting at the upcoming final weekend of the 2-year Dance Leadership training I'm part of.
We'll be focusing on cultivating healthful expressions of Martian vibrations with the exercises and dances we explore in the first part of the program.
The other hour of the evening will include some snacks and social time, as well as some more singing and dancing.
