United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities will be hosting renown Rumi scholar and translator, Coleman Barks, former Poet Laureate of Rhode Island Lisa Starr, and Sofia, a three-person musical ensemble, for a beautiful evening of music, poetry, and interfaith connection. The artists will weave readings of Rumi's mystical poetry with Jesus of Nazareth's Beatitudes sung in their original Aramaic.
